About Your Candidate: Matt Herweck
Rooted in service, Matt Herweck is a Marine Corps veteran and a current Carlisle firefighter who leads with integrity and a deep love for our community. Since making this town his home in 2012, Matt has balanced running a local business with active volunteering, fostering a special connection to the neighbors he serves. As a father raising his children here, he is personally invested in making sure Carlisle stays a flourishing, safe, and welcoming place for all families. Matt believes that the best solutions come from transparent leadership and truly listening to the people around us. He is ready to bring this dedicated work ethic to the Select Board, where he will strive every day to represent your voice and ensure a stable, bright, and prosperous future for every resident through humble leadership.
